Division 04 — Freight & logistics

Cargo moved, cleared and delivered — with the paperwork right.

Air and sea freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing and last-mile delivery for importers, exporters, contractors and organisations moving goods into and around Liberia.

Overview

Most delays are documentation, not distance

Cargo rarely sits at a port because a ship was slow. It sits because an invoice value does not match the packing list, a certificate is missing, or a declaration was filed against the wrong tariff heading.

Our logistics division treats documentation as the core of the job. We check your commercial documents before the shipment sails, estimate duties and charges up front so the landed cost is not a surprise, and file declarations that hold up under inspection.

From there it is execution: clearance at the port or airport, storage if you need it, and delivery to the address you actually want it at.

Services

What we move and manage

Full-service forwarding, or just the clearance — whichever part of the chain you need covered.

Air & sea freight forwarding

Space booked with carriers on the routing that fits your deadline and budget, with full container, shared container and air options compared.

Customs brokerage & clearance

Declarations prepared and filed, duties and fees settled, and clearance pursued at the port or airport until the cargo is released.

Duty & landed-cost estimates

An estimate of duties, taxes and handling charges before you commit, so your pricing is built on the real landed cost.

Shipping documentation

Bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates reviewed for consistency — the single biggest cause of avoidable delay.

Warehousing & distribution

Short or longer-term storage with organised receipt and release, then dispatch to your customers or sites as you need it.

Inland haulage & last-mile delivery

Trucking from port or airport to your premises, including delivery to locations outside Monrovia, with confirmation on arrival.

What the goods are, their value and weight, origin and destination, and the date you need them by.

Quote & document check

Freight options priced with duty estimates, and your commercial documents reviewed before the cargo moves.

Transit & clearance

Booking confirmed, cargo tracked, declaration filed and clearance driven through at the port or airport.

Delivery & file close

Haulage to your address, proof of delivery, and the full document set handed over for your records.

Questions

Logistics Management — frequently asked

Can you clear cargo arriving by sea and by air?

Yes — sea consignments arriving at the Freeport of Monrovia and air freight arriving at Roberts International Airport are both handled, as is export documentation in the other direction.

What documents do you need from me?

Usually the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and your business and tax registration details. Restricted or regulated goods need additional permits — we identify these before shipping, not after arrival.

Do you handle part-container shipments?

Yes. Shared-container (LCL) shipping is often the right choice for smaller consignments, and we will compare it against air freight and a full container so the total cost and transit time are visible side by side.

Can you tell me the duty before I ship?

We provide a duty and landed-cost estimate based on your invoice values and the tariff classification of the goods. Final assessment rests with customs, but an early estimate is usually close enough to price and plan against.

How will I know where my cargo is?

Every shipment has a file reference and a named coordinator. You receive updates at booking, arrival, clearance and delivery — and can call for status at any point in between.
