Privacy notice
What we do with your information.
Plain language, no legal padding. This page explains what this website collects, what our four divisions hold about clients, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
Last updated: this notice applies to Symmetrix Management Holdings LLC, Monrovia, Liberia, and to every division we operate — Accountancy, Travels, Education and Logistics Management.
What this website collects
The site itself is deliberately plain. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies, embeds no tracking pixels, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers — everything it needs is served from this domain.
One preference is stored in your own browser: if you switch between the light and dark colour theme, that choice is remembered locally so the site does not change on you next visit. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
The enquiry form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the division you need and a description of your enquiry. If you pick a division, it asks two or three follow-up questions so we can quote without a round of emails first.
At present the form has no server behind it. When you submit, it opens your own email application with the enquiry ready to send, and nothing is transmitted until you press send in your own mail client. That means the message reaches us the same way any email would, and no copy is created anywhere else in between.
If we later connect the form to a submission service, we will name that provider here before switching it on.
What our divisions hold
Delivering the work requires documents, and some of them are sensitive:
- Accountancy — ledgers, bank statements, invoices, payroll and tax records.
- Travels — passport details, travel dates and visa application papers.
- Education — transcripts, certificates, identity documents and funding information.
- Logistics Management — commercial invoices, shipping documents and company registration details.
We ask only for what a specific job requires. If a document is not needed for the work you have engaged us to do, we would rather not hold it.
Who sees it
Access is limited to the people working on your file and the manager accountable for it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for marketing — by anyone, including us.
We do share what a job cannot be completed without: an airline or embassy needs passenger and passport details; a customs declaration needs your commercial documents; an institution needs your application and transcripts; an auditor needs the records they are auditing. Each disclosure is limited to that purpose, and we will tell you who we are dealing with on your behalf.
We may also disclose information where Liberian law or a court requires it.
How long we keep it
Original documents are returned when the engagement closes. We keep the records we need to evidence work we performed and to meet statutory retention obligations — accountancy and customs records in particular have retention periods set by law rather than by us.
Where we hold something on your behalf, we confirm in writing what it is and for how long.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- return or destroy documents we no longer need;
- stop contacting you, other than about work already in progress.
Write to info@symmetrixholdings.com or call (+231) 0880832316. We will confirm what we have done, in writing, within one business day of resolving it.
Keeping information safe
Documents are stored so that only the people doing the work can reach them, and we ask you not to send passport or financial documents over channels you do not trust. If you would rather hand originals over in person, that is always an option — call ahead and we will arrange a time.
